VISION
The PNA envisions a neighborhood whose diverse members participate actively in the stewardship of our vibrant community.
The Portola Neighborhood Association’s Mission is to:
Improve and promote beautification
Promote safe transportation and safe access for all
Create and activate public spaces for community engagement
Host events that celebrate our community
Build on the neighborhood’s Garden district identity
Increase advocacy for attention and resources from City agencies
Link residents and merchants to City resources
Encourage bridge building with neighboring communities
