“We Trade” is a project by Portola artists Book and Wheel where you can trade your artwork for artwork by other artists in Southeast San Francisco. It's easy: send your artwork--drawing, painting, collage, photograph, shot of your custom ride, poem, song lyrics, recipe, story, homemade joke--and they will send you the prints you choose. How to submit your artwork:

  1. Put your artwork, poem, story, song lyrics, recipe or joke in an envelope and send it to:

    Book and Wheel

    P.O. Box 347239

    San Francisco, CA 94134-7239

  2. Be sure to include the title of your work, your name and your address

  3. Select the print that you would like Book and Wheel to send to you. Write down the title and the artist.

Hard copies are preferred, but if you can’t mail in a hardcopy, you can email it to info@bookandwheel.org.
