Portola businesses located in District 10 (San Bruno Ave from Bacon St to Mansell St) are qualified for the Small Business Revolving Loan Fund from Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.

Loan Eligibility: 

  • Owner(s) must be at least 18 years old and have at least 1 year of recent paid, same-industry experience

  • Be current on all debt

  • Have secondary source of income (if start-up)

  • No minimum revenue required (can be pre-revenue)

  • No minimum credit score or collateral

Special Recovery Loan Terms (If businesses were affected by COVID-19): 

  • $5,000-$50,000

  • 3- or 5-year loan term

  • 5% fixed interest rate

  • Reimbursable application fee

  • Reduced closing fee of 3%

  • Interest-only during the first 6 months (principal deferred)

  • No prepayment penalties

  • 9%-11% interest rate

  • $50 application fee to get the process started
